6. Where Do I Apply For a Non-Teaching Job? Non-teaching staff members are just as important! Your application can be found at the bottom of this post!
7. Do I Need a Play-By? Absolutely not! Keep in mind that you are absolutely welcome to if you want to have a play-by, but they are not obligatory! Also, a note about 'hot professors': it's okay to have a good-looking professor, but please be reasonable. If you walked into school and saw that your entire school staff was within a 5-year age difference from you, or look like they walked right off of a teen modeling shoot, you might find it a little strange. If you're going to use a good-looking play-by for your professor, aim for actors who are at least in their 30's. This rule does not apply to non-teaching staff (since there would be jobs available for young, recent graduates, etc.) You can also use your judgement: for jobs that would require more years of experience, more than likely the character with that job would be older. For jobs that require less experience (assistants, aides, etc.), the character wit that job can be younger.
To apply for a non-teaching staff position, start a new thread in this forum with your First Name and Last Name, Desired Position in the subject title, and fill out the application below. Remember, for teaching staff positions, visit your own separate application located here: Professor Application .
